Harmony Bible Institute is a Christian Continuation Bible School and a ministry of the Harmony Missionary Baptist Church.  HBI is committed to Encouraging, Equipping and Edifying men and women who desire to learn and to live in God’s presence and to establish their lives on a foundation of biblical values, that enable them to thrive in life and serve as leaders in their church and communities.

Our Mission

Harmony Bible Institute is an educational ministry of Harmony Missionary Baptist Church, Inc. committed to the formation of servant-leaders, ministers for local churches and societies throughout the world. This will be accomplished through instruction in the Word of God, development of godly character and responsiveness to the Holy Spirit in the context of Christian community in a local church setting.

The Church is the hope of the world, and it’s through the local church that God’s people are mobilized to extend the purposes of God to the whole earth. It’s through the Church that leaders are developed and raised up to influence and impact the world. It’s through the Church that the next generation will be transformed and be used by God to impact their world. It’s through the Church that fully devoted Christ followers will find creative and meaningful ways to worship God and experience His presence. It’s through the Church that men and women with a passion to touch places many of us have never even heard of will find purpose and fulfillment of those aspirations.

For over six years the passion of HBI has been to partner with other religious organizations to develop leaders in the areas of church ministry and missions that will influence, impact and transform their religious communities and surrounding areas. It’s really pretty simple: we’re committed to God’s vision for your life and the success of your local church!  We invite you to come be a part of Harmony Bible Institute. HBI offers certificated studies in various topics and books relating to Old & New Testament scripture.  Learners can also pursue a specialized Certificate of Theology Studies; for traditional academic programs, HBI has designed a degree pathway for either a terminal Associate or Bachelor Studies degree.  At HBI, learners will also have the option to take courses Online.  Learners choosing to attend on site will find an atmosphere where God’s presence can be experienced, clearly understand His Word, walk with a team of learners, staff and pastors/ministers committed to one’s success - and to be encouraged, equipped and edified to fulfill God’s vision for their life!
